Can I change or cancel my order later?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed or canceled once completed.

How do I use my discount code or gift voucher?

Discount codes and gift vouchers can be entered during the ordering process. To do this, click on the “Check out” button in the shopping cart. You can then enter the codes on the right.


What types of products do you offer?

We offer clothing, accessories and home items with individual designs.

What materials and printing processes do you use for the products?

Our printing service providers use high-quality materials such as cotton and printing with long-lasting processes such as screen printing or digital printing.

Are the colors on the products identical to those on the website?

We strive for accurate color match, however slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.

Product personalization

Do you like a design, but it's still missing that certain extra, such as lettering? Or would you like to have your very own lettering motif printed on it?

The exchange is non-binding and free of charge! Even if we send you motif suggestions, this doesn't commit you to anything :-)

An additional amount is only due once an agreement has been reached, depending on the effort involved (e.g. a new/expanded design means more effort than just a lettering). Further information will be sent via email.

Delivery & Shipping

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Once your order AND payment have been received, your products will be made especially for you and then shipped. The production itself takes between 1-3 days.
  • Within Germany: The delivery time from dispatch is usually around 1 to 3 working days.
  • Within the EU, times vary depending on the destination: delivery time from dispatch can take between 5 and 14 days.
  • At peak times such as Christmas, Black Friday, CyberMonday, etc. delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume. We ask for your understanding, thank you!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the European Union, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

How does returning products work?

  • Please remember in advance that your order will be made especially for you!
  • Please pay attention to any size tables provided in the respective product description. Please do not choose the same product in different sizes and then consider sending back the "non-fitting" version. We cannot offer a refund of the purchase amount for this.

Who bears the costs for returns?

Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

How do you ensure the quality of the printed products?

Our print service providers use high-quality materials and carefully monitor the printing process to ensure high quality. In the event of a misprint, for example, a reprint will be carried out free of charge until the product passes quality control.

The motif came off or faded after the first wash. What can I do?

Please contact customer service at info@mindprints-design.com and describe the problem to us in as much detail as possible. Please also send us clearly visible evidence photos. With this information we can initiate a complaint with our print service providers.

There is an unsightly yellow frame around my subject. What can I do?

When it comes to clothing, a yellowish-brown veil or frame may appear around the print motif . The cause is drying residue, which cannot always be avoided. However, the residues generally disappear after 1-2 washes. If it is still there afterwards, please contact customer service at info@mindprints-design.com with details and photos

My product is the wrong size and doesn't fit me. What can I do?

Since our print service providers carry a wide range of textiles from different manufacturers, there is no uniform standard in the clothing size range. We provide a size chart for each product , which you should refer to before placing an order.

If it doesn't fit despite correct testing, please measure the product you received carefully and contact customer service with the details at info@mindprints-design.com

Which payment methods are accepted?
